About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Augusta, Georgia, supporting the IT department through daily tasks and special projects. You will gain hands-on experience across various technical areas including infrastructure, security, SAP, PLM, and analytics.
What you'll do#
- Assist the IT team with daily activities and departmental projects.
- Build an automated scorecard to track TSV goals and performance.
- Document the TSV business intelligence environment and its connections to the CMBD system.
- Update and create Teamcenter installation scripts and generate automated reports for PLM systems.
- Develop and implement customizations for internal systems and platforms.
- Learn the Salesforce platform to gain an administrative understanding of the tools.
- Manage the change control process in Salesforce and move changes into production.
- Create new processes and technologies to help internal groups and customers reduce manual work.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor degree in IT or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Exposure to ERP systems.
