About the role#
The Encore Program is a 12-week paid internship designed for experienced professionals who have taken a career break of at least two years. This role is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Dallas, Texas. Participants act as contributors from their first day, solving real problems and collaborating with teams to relaunch their careers. High-performing participants will be considered for full-time employment at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Own portfolio management responsibilities within high-growth markets.
- Develop systems expertise to improve operational visibility and decision-making across business environments.
- Support product lifecycle management by contributing insights from early development through market introduction.
- Drive collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.
- Shape and implement new operations processes to support long-term service and delivery goals.
What you'll need#
- A career break of at least 2 years.
- A bachelor degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Intent to return to a full-time role at Texas Instruments after the program.
- U.S. work authorization. This position does not provide sponsorship now or in the future.
