About the role#
As a Service Technician Trainee intern, you will work directly on customer vehicles at our service center. You will gain hands-on experience with electric vehicles and learn about our technology while supporting the team in daily operations. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Inspect, repair, and service electric vehicles
- Use various hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections for new cars
- Track inventory, time records, and shop supplies
- Clean customer vehicles
- Assist with Parts and Front of House operations as needed
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods
- Current enrollment in an Automotive program is preferred
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- A safety-first attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer skills, including web browsers and Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in English
