About the role#
As a Program Manager intern, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of vehicle service and market entry initiatives. This role focuses on enabling efficient, data-driven expansion across new regions. You will work closely with leadership to define processes, track performance, and support the rollout of products and services. This position requires a blend of project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvements.
- Review market readiness, operational setup, and go-to-market timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine operational documents, workflows, and launch checklists.
- Work with operations, logistics, service, sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
- Support expansion programs, including facility readiness, staffing models, inventory positioning, and team enablement.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track Central South Field Service KPIs, including scheduling, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointment availability, shop loading, and mobile service response.
- Coordinate Robotaxi service programs, including resource allocation and regional rollouts.
- Travel occasionally to local field locations to validate processes and gather feedback.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with MS Suite tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Basic AI skills using tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
- A background in operations, project management, or business analysis is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts occasionally, for less than 5% of the time.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a plus.
- Currently enrolled in an academic program for Business Administration or Operations Management.

- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.
