About the role#
This internship supports the North America Sales and Delivery Operations team. You will work on Territory Operations priorities including budgets, headcount, showroom standards, and supply. The role focuses on improving team performance, consistency, and cohesion across the region.
What you'll do#
- Support Territory Operations priorities, including budgets, headcount, showroom standards, and supply.
- Create and update Excel trackers and PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews.
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting, follow-ups, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate team follow-up and support cross-functional execution.
- Assist in building programs that improve performance, consistency, and team cohesion.
- Contribute to data analysis and process improvements across Sales and Delivery Operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business degree or equivalent graduate program.
- Strong technical and analytical foundation.
- Experience using AI tools to improve the speed and quality of work.
- Advanced Excel formatting and data handling skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating polished, executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Location & details#
- Location: Encinitas, California.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, 40 hours per week.
- Duration: Minimum of 12 weeks.
- Compensation: $16.35 to $26.92 per hour plus benefits.
