About the role#
TerraCycle offers an education-based internship program designed for students interested in learning about the business of waste. This program provides exposure to innovative sustainability solutions and recycling operations. Interns work in a casual office environment and participate in company Learning & Development courses and trainings.
What you'll do#
- Submit your resume for consideration for future internship opportunities.
- Engage with the business of waste management.
- Participate in internal training and development programs.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED.
- If enrolled in a college or university, you must be in good academic standing.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- High level of effectiveness in written, oral, and digital communication.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Ability to report to the office a minimum of two days per week.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, unpaid internship position.
- TerraCycle provides catered vegetarian lunch in the office Monday through Friday and free commuter transportation to and from the Trenton Transit Center.
