About the role#
This internship provides practical exposure to construction materials testing and consulting. You will work alongside professionals to turn classroom learning into real-world experience, contributing to active projects while developing technical and professional skills. As part of a nationwide cohort, you will receive mentorship and have the opportunity to share your experiences with executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client and community outcomes.
- Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
- Receive mentorship from professionals committed to your growth.
- Participate in a nationwide internship cohort program.
- Learn safe field and laboratory practices, testing standards, project management fundamentals, and effective client communication.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, Communications, or related technical fields.
- Interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
