About the role#
Join the Sustainability team at Teknor Apex to support environmental goals and provide data to customers. You will work with the Senior Sustainability Manager on projects that improve the accuracy of sustainability data throughout the product portfolio. This role offers hands-on experience with Life Cycle Assessments, carbon footprinting, and sustainability reporting.
What you'll do#
- Respond to customer requests regarding Life Cycle Assessments and Product Carbon Footprints.
- Develop and maintain carbon footprint data across product portfolios.
- Validate product formulations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with the Purchasing team to coordinate supplier sustainability data.
- Help update and recertify the European Product Carbon Footprint model.
- Analyze sustainability data to find opportunities for process improvements.
- Attend meetings with Sustainability, Purchasing, Product Management, and Technical teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with large datasets and Excel.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in carbon accounting, environmental reporting, and circular economies.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
