About the role#
This Business Systems Analyst Co-op position is based in Toronto and reports to the Senior Business Systems Analyst within the SAP Marketing and Logistics team. You will support the SAP application, which is used by approximately 80 users to process customer delivery transactions. This role is a temporary full-time position for an 8-month term beginning January 4, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Act as a safety leader by adhering to and sponsoring safety and environmental rules.
- Track incident and change requests using Service Now.
- Perform due date analysis for incidents and change requests.
- Compile team statistics for project and workload reviews.
- Assist with SAP testing, system documentation, and general administration.
- Manage SAP password resets and support the SAP Annual Access review.
- Resolve and close SAP incident tickets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian post-secondary institution, with plans to return to studies for at least one academic term after the co-op.
- Academic background in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Experience working on team-oriented, cross-functional projects.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: CAD $4,108 - $5,183 per month.
