About the role#
The Mosaic Mining the Future Indigenous Students program offers full-time work terms for students starting in Winter 2027. This program provides hands-on experience across our Saskatchewan operations in engineering, trades, business administration, and other disciplines. You will contribute to our mining and processing goals while gaining professional exposure in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
Depending on your placement, you may work in one of the following capacities:
- Student Engineer: Support site operations in process, maintenance, mining, reliability, or geology.
- Environmental/Lab Technician: Assist with environmental compliance and collect field data.
- HR or Talent Support: Help with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement tasks.
- Administrative Assistant: Support office operations, scheduling, and team communications.
- Project Coordinator: Manage project timelines, resources, and team collaboration.
- General Support: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are of Métis, First Nation, or Inuit ancestry and hold a status or Métis citizenship card.
- You are a full-time post-secondary student in the semester prior to the work term.
- You can work full-time for the duration of the term.
- You work well with others and follow all safety and environmental policies.
- You maintain a clean work environment.
- You have reliable transportation to travel to and from work.

- Colonsay
- Belle Plaine
- Regina
