About the role#
The Store Executive Intern program is a paid, 40-hour per week hands-on training opportunity for Summer 2027. This internship provides a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role. You will work alongside a mentor to gain an understanding of retail business operations and develop your leadership skills. The program focuses on store management, team development, and operational excellence.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team within the store to drive financial, team, and operational performance.
- Plan and organize daily business priorities, including stocking shelves and building displays.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging with customers and ensuring team members are empowered to assist them.
- Partner with leaders to coach, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Participate in daily huddles and present summaries of results and priorities.
- Review business reporting and guest insights to troubleshoot and identify opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment.
What you'll need#

- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship.
- Positions are located in Fairview Park, OH, and Avon, OH.
- The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
