About the role#
As a Customer Success Intern, you will learn how to help large organizations gain visibility and control over complex IT environments. You will work in a collaborative team, partnering with a mentor and fellow interns to support customer value realization. This role is a full-time summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Ensure successful business outcomes by collaborating with Sales, Solution Engineers, and Domain Architects.
- Create paths to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
- Identify opportunities to integrate Tanium into customer business processes.
- Support strategically focused Executive Business Reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
- Undergo detailed training in the Tanium platform.
- Own a project designed to support Customer Success efficiency.
- Train in customer-facing sales and presentation skills.
- Shadow full-time Customer Success Managers.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- A team-oriented, mission-first attitude.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technology.
Location & details#
- Location: Addison, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of three days per week in the office).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $27.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Eligible for 401k matching and a communications reimbursement allowance.
