About the role#
This internship program connects your classroom theory with practical work in a professional setting. You will work on projects with a global scale across departments like Manufacturing Science and Technology, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. The program includes formal training, development sessions, and community involvement opportunities.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated leadership in academics, community service, or extracurricular activities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in New Brunswick, NJ or Cranbury, NJ.
- You must be able to work on a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
