About the role#
This IT Helpdesk Co-op position offers hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment. You will work on-site in Goodyear, Arizona, across the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Spring 2027 terms. This is a paid, full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot incoming incidents involving computer hardware and software.
- Provide support for printers, conference rooms, and mobile or desk phones.
- Assist with technical support on the production floor.
- Image new computers and prepare workstations for employees.
- Set up home users and assist with office moves.
- Install software and contribute to ongoing desktop support projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
