About the role#
As a Sales Support Analyst Intern, you will work on projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. This role is for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and creating resources that help others succeed. You will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, AI innovation, business analytics, and project management.
What you'll do#
- Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes and reduce manual work.
- Create training materials and team resources, such as guides, reference documents, and job aids.
- Assist with data analysis projects by gathering insights to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help teams monitor performance.
- Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancements.
- Partner with Sales Support and leadership teams to document processes and requirements.
- Present findings and project updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Marketing.
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
