About the role#
As a Revenue or Sales Operations Intern, you will work on projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. This role is for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and process improvement. You will gain hands-on experience in business analytics, AI innovation, and project management while contributing to the Sales Support organization.
What you'll do#
- Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes and reduce manual work.
- Create training materials and team resources, including guides, process documentation, and reference documents.
- Assist with data analysis projects to support decision-making, track key metrics, and identify trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help teams monitor performance.
- Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancements.
- Partner with Sales Support and leadership teams to understand business needs and document requirements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

- Location: Portage, Michigan.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: Hourly wage range of $20 to $35, plus a sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays, and housing assistance or a living stipend.
