About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience in medical equipment manufacturing. You will support the Quality Assurance team in Flower Mound by helping maintain compliance with regulations and internal standards. You will work alongside cross-functional partners to ensure our products meet safety and performance requirements.
What you'll do#
- Support Quality Management System activities to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Assist with Nonconformance reporting, including investigating quality issues and documenting findings.
- Contribute to Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, such as root cause analysis and action planning.
- Review and organize quality documentation and records to ensure accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening quality processes and efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- You must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the conclusion of the internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
