About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 internship based in Portage, Michigan. You will work on-site to support the customer journey through digital education, solutions architecture, and success planning. This role is designed for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Create and update customer-facing training materials, such as computer-based learning modules and tip sheets.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to improve customer adoption and product utilization.
- Help build customer success plans and prepare necessary materials for client conversations.
- Gather requirements and organize project information for Statements of Work.
- Support the development of digital resources that assist customers with product usage.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employment-based sponsorship.
