About the role#
This is an unpaid internship opportunity based in Montreal. The role focuses on the recruitment process for an existing vacancy at Staples. You will work on-site as part of a team that balances automated tools with human oversight.
What you'll do#
- Prescreen candidates using AI tools.

- Select candidates to fill the current vacancy.

- Work alongside human evaluators to finalize hiring decisions.
