Summer 2026 Administrative Internship – High School (On-Site)

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in healthcare administration and operations. Interns will contribute to specific departmental projects and initiatives while developing a professional understanding of hospital operations.

What you'll do#

• Observe and audit existing processes to understand different perspectives and share findings.
• Assist with qualitative and quantitative data gathering to support project analysis.
• Draft project deliverables and supporting materials.
• Present findings and results to internal audiences.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent educational program.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age, or the ability to obtain a work permit.
• A basic understanding of computer programs, such as the Microsoft suite.
• Ability to actively listen, demonstrate resourcefulness, and accept constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create logical plans to complete tasks.
