About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in healthcare administration and operations. Interns will contribute to specific departmental projects and initiatives while developing a professional understanding of hospital operations.
What you'll do#
- Observe and audit existing processes to understand different perspectives and share findings.
- Assist with qualitative and quantitative data gathering to support project analysis.
- Draft project deliverables and supporting materials.
- Present findings and results to internal audiences.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent educational program.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age, or the ability to obtain a work permit.
- A basic understanding of computer programs, such as the Microsoft suite.
- Ability to actively listen, demonstrate resourcefulness, and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create logical plans to complete tasks.
