About the role#
As a Corporate Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting supply chain operations and strategic initiatives. You will work alongside Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to analyze data, support supplier activities, and contribute to projects that improve business performance. This is a paid, part-time internship lasting 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support corporate Supply Chain and Procurement teams with day-to-day activities and strategic projects.
- Assist with spend analysis, purchasing data, supplier performance, and supply chain reporting.
- Research suppliers, markets, products, and industry trends to support sourcing initiatives.
- Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and maintain accurate supplier information.
- Analyze supply chain data to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Track key performance indicators related to supply chain performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Assist with sourcing events, supplier comparisons, and requests for quotations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and support business requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, contract, and supplier documentation.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Authorization to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Interest in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or business operations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship, work, or academic experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or business analytics is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement platforms is preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel is preferred.
- Exposure to supplier management, sourcing, or contract management is preferred.
