About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern in Tucson, you will join the Optical Systems Supply Chain team. You will work cross-functionally with production, program, and quality teams to support product builds and improve practices for on-time delivery.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside mentors and team members to apply your knowledge and grow your technical and professional skills.
- Solve real challenges by applying engineering and industry concepts.
- Lead development projects independently.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver results.
- Attend regular 1:1 meetings with supervisors for progress updates and feedback.
- Participate in tech talks and connect with other interns and employees through social and professional events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- At least 3 months of corporate experience in supply chain functions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in small, high-performing teams.
Preferred qualifications include a GPA of 3.5 or above, 6 months of corporate supply chain experience, proficiency in Excel, knowledge of inventory practices, and strong communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Tucson, Arizona.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
- Relocation: A stipend may be available to subsidize relocation costs.
- Eligibility: This role requires compliance with U.S. export regulations.
