About the role#
As a People Learning & Development Intern, you will support the Talent & Organizational Strategy Department. This 12-week program runs from May 18 to August 8, 2027. You will work on projects across Talent Acquisition, Learning Programs, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, hiring events, and campus programs.
- Analyze learning metrics, update coursework, and support training delivery.
- Help manage leadership development, mentorship, and onboarding initiatives.
- Support organizational design projects by conducting gap analyses and preparing documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, culture events, and workshops.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support departmental goals.
- Handle confidential information professionally while managing project timelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
- Experience in event planning, campus organizations, or previous internships is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Compensation: $21-$24 per hour.
