About the role#
The Entrepreneurship and Cooperative Business Initiatives Assistant supports the Director in advancing programs focused on innovation and cooperative business education. This role is suited for a student interested in business development, marketing, event planning, and community engagement. The schedule is flexible and includes a mix of on-site and remote work, with occasional evening or weekend tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing workshops, speaker events, and networking sessions.
- Design and distribute digital and print promotional materials, including flyers, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Conduct research to maintain a database of current students and alumni entrepreneurs.
- Identify and connect with student groups, local cooperatives, and alumni networks to increase participation in university initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student status in good academic standing.
- Eligibility for Federal Work Study funding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Canva is preferred.
- An interest in entrepreneurship, social enterprise, or cooperative business models is a plus.

- Location: New Hampshire (On-site and remote).
- Employment: Part-time.
- Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
