About the role#
Southern New Hampshire University is looking for a student employee to serve as a Website Coordinator for Mokse Educational Services. This role focuses on maintaining and updating the organization's website. You will work independently to keep content current and ensure the site functions correctly. This position is ideal for a student who enjoys problem solving and is comfortable with basic web technologies.
What you'll do#
- Update website content including news, events, resources, and program information.
- Upload media such as blog posts and photos.
- Perform minor layout or structural updates.
- Verify that forms, links, and pages work as expected.
- Maintain basic site security, such as updating passwords and checking plugins.
- Troubleshoot simple technical issues or coordinate with external support when necessary.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an SNHU degree program.
- A work study award as part of your financial aid package.
- Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
- Comfort with basic HTML and CSS, or a willingness to learn these skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position.
- The role is paid at an hourly rate of $13.00 to $15.00.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
