About the role#
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordination Intern and Employer Branding Support to assist with our recruitment operations and marketing initiatives. This role involves a mix of administrative coordination, such as scheduling and tracking, alongside support for our employer branding and content efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and internal marketing while working in a structured, remote environment.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases.
- Monitor application progress and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Support recruiters in maintaining consistent candidate communication.
- Post job openings and recruitment updates across job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and the preparation of recruitment reports.
- Help gather materials for employer branding, including testimonials and photos.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with a camera on during your shift.
