About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship based in Memphis, Tennessee. The program runs from May 17 to July 30, 2027. You will spend approximately 70% of your time working in the field with sales representatives and 30% in the office. You will gain exposure to both on and off-premise accounts, including grocery chains, restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores. This role is hybrid.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside sales divisions to support daily operations.
- Gain hands-on experience in product knowledge, trade development, operations, and mixology.
- Stay informed on the activities and goals of various sales divisions.
- Plan and execute a local volunteer project.
- Develop and present a final project based on your observations and work with the sales team.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status in college, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Communications.
- Must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Memphis area or secure your own housing.
- Valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a self-starter mindset.
- Attention to detail.
