About the role#
This summer internship program helps develop future leaders in sales and trade development. You will work with commercial teams to learn about the beverage industry through hands-on experience, professional development workshops, and training. The program runs from May 17 to July 30, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to understand company operations.
- Use trend data and consumer insights to evaluate brand, SKU, and category performance.
- Review Nielsen data and perform general data analysis.
- Participate in training sessions, on-site meetings, and department learning opportunities.
- Assist with on-premise surveys and attend sales meetings.
- Support the team with marketing, administrative duties, and grocery store resets.
- Handle additional projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current college Junior status, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Pursuing a BS or BA in business, sales, marketing, communications, retail, or category management.
- Must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Las Vegas area for the duration of the program.
- Valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 48 lbs.
