About the role#
Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is looking for a Communications Intern to join the corporate communications team. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in a professional office setting. You will work on a variety of projects that help build your portfolio while supporting our marketing efforts.
What you'll do#
- Research and develop content ideas for print, social, and digital channels.
- Create digital media campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign analytics.
- Write communications for our customers.
- Help with administrative tasks and special projects across different program areas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program for Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- A creative, organized, and proactive approach to your work.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Cayce, South Carolina.
- The role is part-time with a requirement of 8 to 10 hours per week.
- The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
- This is a paid internship.
