About the role#
This is a 12-week paid Engineering Co-op position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will join the Consumer Packaging Division for a full-time, on-site experience designed to immerse you in the manufacturing industry. The program provides a mix of hands-on work, professional development, and exposure to different parts of the business.
What you'll do#
- Complete hands-on projects while working alongside industry experts.
- Gain a broad understanding of business operations across the enterprise.
- Participate in networking sessions with company leaders.
- Engage in activities with other Co-ops, interns, and Emerging Leader associates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program with a concentration in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems Engineering.
- Previous Co-op experience, ideally in a manufacturing or functional area.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- This role is on-site and full-time.
- Relocation assistance is provided, including mileage reimbursement and U-Haul trailer support.
- A housing and activity stipend is included.
