About the role#
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our NAND Development organization. You will support key initiatives in business analytics, workforce planning, operational reporting, and process improvement. This role offers hands-on experience working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to help drive data-informed decisions.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Analyze workforce and business data to spot trends, risks, and new opportunities.
- Support organizational planning, headcount reporting, and workforce management.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel to create data models, trackers, and reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Manage and improve Microsoft SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources.
- Document business processes, standard operating procedures, and operational workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to find ways to automate and optimize current processes.
- Prepare presentations, metrics summaries, and business insights for leadership reviews.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation and data modeling.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document and site management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Preferred experience includes Python, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, or project management methodologies.
