About the role#
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis intern to join our North American team. This full-time role offers hands-on experience with financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis. You will work closely with the Finance team and various business stakeholders to support decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
What you'll do#
- Support the preparation of recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers.
- Assist with sales pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting.
- Support project profitability analysis and resource utilization reporting.
- Maintain financial databases and reporting files.
- Prepare data for management meetings and leadership presentations.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business and finance leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Ability to work full-time for a period of 3 to 6 months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Note that we do not offer sponsorship for this position.

- Locations: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office 1-2 times per week.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
