About the role#
This co-op position supports the North America HR team. You will handle administrative duties and operational tasks to help improve HR processes and capabilities. This role requires managing sensitive information with confidentiality while interacting with various stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Verify information from multiple sources to ensure accurate and clean data entry.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks for the Americas practice, including performance management and employee relations.
- Track staff skill development requests and monitor training needs.
- Prepare reports for learning and development programs to help identify areas for improvement.
- Support the HR Business Partner team with special projects to enhance internal processes and resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters co-op program.
- Ability to work full-time from January 2026 through June 2026.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, specifically Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize assignments effectively.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: This is a paid position at $28 per hour.
