About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Co-Op supports the North America HR team by managing administrative tasks and operational processes. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to help maintain the hiring workflow. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist the Recruiter with sourcing and basic screening of job applicants.
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Monitor the Talent Acquisition mailbox and help applicants navigate the application process.
- Audit hire trackers for accuracy using MS Excel.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters co-op program.
- Ability to work from January 2026 through June 2026.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Please note that this role does not offer sponsorship.
