About the role#
SIG is seeking a Banner Consultant to support higher education institutions. This role focuses on the Banner Student module, requiring deep knowledge of Registrar, Admissions, and Records office functions. You will work remotely while providing direct support to clients.
What you'll do#
- Provide Banner implementation services, including training and functional consulting.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student module.
What you'll need#
- Five or more years of hands-on experience with the Banner Student module.
- Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student module.
- Demonstrated experience in a consulting role.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time position.
- The role involves a rolling term.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not available.
