About the role#
This position offers practical experience for pharmacy students within a community retail setting. You will work under a local Associate-Owner while gaining exposure to the daily operations of a pharmacy. The role focuses on building your professional skills through hands-on training and patient interaction.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage customer confidentiality, consent, and privacy requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance so you are clearly identifiable to the public.
- Learn about the expanding roles of a community pharmacist.
- Improve your knowledge of OTC products, drug therapy, disease state management, and patient counseling.
- Develop the skills necessary to manage a retail pharmacy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a pharmacy program.
- An interest in providing a high-quality experience for pharmacy customers.

- Location: 930 North Park Dr, Brampton, ON.
- Schedule: Part-time, rolling term.
- Compensation: $22.00 - $28.75 per hour.
