About the role#
This position offers practical experience for pharmacy students within a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a retail environment to gain real-world training that complements your academic studies. You will report to a local Associate-Owner while benefiting from the resources of a national network.
What you'll do#
- Greet all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Manage customer confidentiality and consent to ensure all privacy requirements are met.
- Maintain high visibility while on the floor.
- Improve your communication skills with patients, staff, and other health care professionals.
- Expand your knowledge of OTC products, disease state management, drug therapy, and patient counseling.
- Learn the operational skills required to manage a retail pharmacy.

- Current enrollment in a pharmacy program.
