About the role#
This position offers practical experience for future pharmacists within a community pharmacy setting. You will work in a retail environment designed to supplement your academic studies with real-world training. You will report to a local Associate-Owner while benefiting from the support of a national brand.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers who approach the pharmacy and ensure they feel welcome.
- Manage retail pharmacy operations while maintaining customer confidentiality and consent protocols.
- Follow all privacy requirements and remain clearly identifiable to the public.
- Engage with patients, staff, and other health care professionals.
- Develop your skills in patient counseling, drug therapy, disease state management, and over-the-counter product knowledge.
What you'll need#
- You must be a future pharmacist currently pursuing a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
