About the role#
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations team. This role supports our recruiting efforts and helps us refine our hiring processes. You will work in a remote setting and contribute to the growth of our team.
What you'll do#
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System.
- Schedule and conduct phone screens with candidates.
- Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy.
- Build an event calendar for career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.
- Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Background or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
- Genuine interest in working with startups.
- Demonstrated experience using Claude or similar large language model tools.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, research, and communication.
- A self-motivated, determined, and ambitious approach to work.

- Compensation: 2.800.000 COP monthly.
