About the role#
We are looking for a Fraud & Disputes Intern to join our Risk & Fraud team. You will analyze and respond to credit card, debit card, and ACH disputes. This is a full-time, paid role based in Colombia. You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Time.
What you'll do#
- Investigate disputed transactions and resolve them within required timeframes.
- Use internal policies and review methodologies to identify patterns or trends in transaction and account data.
- Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineering to improve loss prevention tools and processes.
- Maintain or exceed service level agreements for resolving queued cases.
- Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques.
What you'll need#
- Experience analyzing data and making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Demonstrated experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
Location & details#
- Location: Remote, Colombia.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: 2,800,000 COP monthly.
