About the role#
The Corporate Strategy & Transformation team oversees the execution of high-priority initiatives across the firm. You will work with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer to build alignment and drive organizational change. This role focuses on developing strategic roadmaps and creating transparency for mission-critical plans.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategic roadmaps and operating playbooks.
- Assist with the planning and orchestration of key priorities across the firm.
- Set and track the firm’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) using the Path Forward framework.
- Turn ideas into results by outlining milestones, requirements, and impact points for cross-functional initiatives.
- Gain exposure to workflows across the Front, Middle, and Back Office.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analysis.
- A basic understanding of the stock market.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills.
- High attention to detail and a desire to learn about Enterprise Project Management.
- Bonus points for experience with SQL, Python, data visualization, or AI tools.
