About the role#
Schaeffler is hiring an Engineering Co-op for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Wooster, Ohio. You will gain exposure to manufacturing and technological processes through hands-on training, job rotations, and project work.
What you'll do#
- Define and document process parameters.
- Support design efforts for product development.
- Quantify and lead actions to reduce scrap.
- Contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
- Participate in job rotations and hands-on training.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA per semester.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and move thirty pounds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
