About the role#
Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is hiring a Student Grocery Clerk for the Food Store in Humboldt. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term. You will report to the Humboldt Grocery Manager.
What you'll do#
You will support store operations and help guests feel welcome. Your daily tasks include:
- Processing transactions at the register, including lottery sales.
- Stocking shelves and facing products.
- Performing general store duties such as housekeeping and opening or closing the store.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students interested in customer service. You should be available to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred candidates are pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Retail experience in customer service, point of sale operation, or merchandising.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
