About the role#
Riverbend Co-op is hiring an Ag Solutions Summer Student in Tullis, Saskatchewan for the 2027 season. This position offers hands-on experience in the field, working alongside our agronomy and sales teams to support local producers.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Ag Solutions division.
- Assist the agronomist and sales team with crop planning, troubleshooting, fertility, and crop protection recommendations.
- Interact directly with customers, producers, and internal team members.
- Handle general inquiries, transactions, and daily operational tasks.
- Support field trials to gain exposure to crop production.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrolment in a post-secondary program related to Agronomy, Ag Business, Plant Science, or Soil Science.
- A willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of the role.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and collaborate.
- Honesty and trustworthiness.
- Previous agriculture experience is an asset.
