About the role#
The SAP iXp Internship Experience Program is a paid, full-time opportunity for university students to gain professional experience. This role sits within the Americas Line of Business Field Marketing team. You will support regional marketing programs and help connect global strategy with local execution across the Americas. This is a hybrid position based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project management and execution for field marketing events, including both SAP-hosted and third-party sponsored events in physical and virtual formats.
- Manage marketing campaigns related to paid media lead generation and customer community-building programs.
- Learn internal SAP tools to execute campaign steps, such as creating event invitations, building registration pages, and managing purchase order requests.
- Develop written communications for internal and external audiences and design marketing newsletter updates for sales stakeholders.
- Use SAP analytics tools to access, analyze, and report on the results of marketing plans and tactics.
- Conduct research projects focused on competitor analysis, market analysis, and internal process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with preference for prior experience in marketing or event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-learn quickly, ask questions, and operate with autonomy.
- Tenacity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
