About the role#
The Internal Audit Intern will join the Global Audit and Risk Management team for a three-month term from August to November. This role focuses on supporting enterprise-wide risk assessments and compliance testing. You will work to improve business processes by evaluating workflows, identifying risks, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Execute enterprise-wide testing for SOX compliance across global accounting processes.
- Evaluate operational workflows to assess how business processes align with risk frameworks.
- Build interactive dashboards using Google Looker to visualize audit findings.
- Use Power Query, Excel macros, and automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve audit efficiency.
- Present data-backed insights to stakeholders to help resolve operational blockers.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status pursuing a degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, information security, business administration, accounting, or finance.
- Exposure to SQL, SAP, or ERP environments through coursework or projects.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex data.
- Strong presentation skills and an intellectually curious mindset.
- Ability to commit to a full three-month internship schedule from August to November.
