About the role#
Sabert Corporation is looking for a Human Resource Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment operations and human resources. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our workforce planning and hiring goals.
What you'll do#
- Support end-to-end recruitment by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update Talent Acquisition workflows, SOPs, and the Talent Acquisition Playbook.
- Collect, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to help improve our processes.
- Assist with candidate experience initiatives to ensure positive engagement.
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams on talent projects.
- Research recruitment marketing strategies, sourcing techniques, and new technology solutions.
- Provide administrative support for corporate and plant-level recruiting.
- Help with career fairs, employer branding, and special HR projects.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to support workforce planning.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and HR.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous leadership, internship, project, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS platforms is a plus.
Location & details#
- The role is based in Sayreville, New Jersey.
- This is a full-time, paid, hourly position.
- The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hybrid work options may be available up to two days per week with manager approval.
