About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to public accounting through a full-time, eight-week program. Interns participate in an orientation covering administrative and professional topics and are paired with a Career Advocate to establish personalized goals. The role involves working as a team member on tax compliance and client engagements.
What you'll do#
- Communicate directly with clients and internal staff.
- Perform client work both in the office and at client locations.
- Assist with compliance tasks related to Federal, State, and Local taxation, as well as Wealth Management.
- Analyze internal controls and conduct industry research using public documents.
- Create and maintain workpaper documentation for client engagements.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior academic standing.
- Completion of introductory accounting courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior completion of an Auditing or Tax course is preferred.

- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2028.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time commitment for at least eight weeks.
