About the role#
Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. is hiring a Marketing Co-op Student for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Mississauga office. You will work alongside our marketing and sales teams to support campaign execution, event planning, and digital content creation. This role offers exposure to both marketing strategy and daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Create and edit written content for digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Research industry trends related to energy, sustainability, and innovation.
- Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and client appreciation events.
- Design visuals for social media, presentations, and emails using Canva.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates and social media management.
- Provide administrative and project support to ensure tasks stay on schedule.
- Partner with internal teams to help execute marketing campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A digital-first mindset with an understanding of online marketing trends and social media platforms.
- A willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
- Experience with email marketing tools or previous experience through school projects and volunteer work is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: January 2027 to April 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and year of study.
