About the role#
As a Growth Intern, you will join our Go-To-Market team. You will gain practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer support while helping us expand our reach.
What you'll do#
- Help execute go-to-market strategies to improve customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Analyze customer interactions using HubSpot and other tools.
- Work with the sales team to meet targets and improve processes.
- Research target segments and generate outbound leads.
- Help launch marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads.
What you'll need#
- Interest in customers, sales, and relationship building.
- Understanding of technology sales and software products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide good customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems and Zapier is preferred.
- Relevant experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Austin, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling start date.
- We are looking for students or graduates in Business Administration or Marketing.
